On May 22nd, we are hosting our first spring community bike ride on Tampa’s Bayshore Boulevard, BikeStock, followed by a socially-distant, fun event at the Tampa Garden Club. The Woodstock-inspired event will raise funds to STOCK bikes for kids and families in need throughout Tampa Bay.
An ode to the ’60s and ’70s, bust out your bell bottoms and bring your bikes to the open streets of Bayshore Blvd. The street will be closed for bikes only between 3 and 7 p.m. from Swann to Bay to Bay Blvd. Free-wheeling along the water is free to the public, but we encourage you to RSVP.
Following the community ride, we’ll be boogieing down at the Tampa Garden Club from 6-10 p.m. Tickets are required for this event and include an open bar, delicious local food, live entertainment and the quintessential Tampa sunset.
Music mixed from legendary funk and rock artists will immerse us in an era when love and soul reigned supreme. Disco-dosed dance moves will break free amongst mustached men and costumed damsels alike, and we will boogie. Whether reuniting with old friends or bonding with new ones, it all feels like family.
